What to expect:
We head off before sunset for an easy 30 minute Snowshoe walk (450m) through the picturesque snow gums to the eco-village where you’ll enjoy a delicious heart-warming glass of Glühwein or hot chocolate outside by the fire.
You will then be invited into the central tipi with a fireplace, where you will learn the secrets to making a traditional and mouth-watering French fondue, with cheese imported for the occasion from French Alpine farms. After a 3 course dinner we will sit around the fire sharing a few drinks and stories (maybe even some dancing).
Waive the rest of the group goodbye and settle in your real snow IGLOO spending a cosy night in a warm bed under lots of sheepskins.
If you prefer a little more comfort, you can opt for a HYPEDOME. Eco-conceived, these original structures are wood heated and let you immerse yourself in nature with one way window on the front and a clear sky view. Watch the stars as you fall asleep wrapped up in fur blankets.
Wake up to the smell of fresh coffee and a cooked breakfast; French toast, bacon and eggs are on the menu! Around 9:30am, you will be picked up by SnowStuffPark’s Skidoo and enjoy a scenic ride back to the wire plain car park.

Outdoor Hot-tub Experience for 2 people
Add an extra touch of luxury and finish your stay on a high in Australia’s highest wood fire hot tub. Relax soaking up in your own private hot bath, surrounded by snow and with breathtaking views on the Dargo Valley and Alpine wilderness. Then enjoy a private scenic skidoo tour back to Wireplain.
From 10am to 11am.

At the Eco-Village:
Our eco-village is set-up in the wilderness of Hotham. Everything is carried in and out by man power to reduce our impact on the fragile alpine environment. We are completely off the grid, but for your comfort the eco-village are able to offer the following services:

Our menu is fully vegetarian. Please note, due to the nature of the experience, only vegan and gluten free dietary requirements are available on request, at an extra cost. Make sure you specify this when booking. For the same reasons we are unable to provide a different menu for children.

HYPEDOME:
For the real creature of compfort, our Hypedomes are eco-conceived with one thing in mind: Simplicity is a luxury. They have a very comfortable bedding, a sink with fresh water and a very warm fireplace.
In addition, the clear skyview lets you fall asleep while watching the stars (or the snow falling).
Our Hypedomes can sleep up to 4 people. In a four people configuration they are quite cosy, and more suitable for families or close friends. However, we don’t combine different bookings under one snowdome, aka we won’t mix you up with another group.
We book out every year! Secure your stay today with a 30% deposit and avoid missing out.
Hypedome booking holders that have mentioned it on their booking, will have to option to change if an Igloo becomes available (pending availability, price difference may apply). Standard T&C apply and bookings are strictly non-refundable.

Igloo:
Our Igloos are made with 100% snow! But that doesn’t mean you will be cold. The inside temperature is around 4°c and all Igloos are equiped with -10c° sleeping bags, real confortable bed, sheep skins and covers.
Our Igloos sleep comfortably up to 2 people and aren’t suitable for children under 12yo.
Please be aware that the night in an Igloo is very weather and snow dependent.
To avoid disappointment, we only open bookings for our Igloos once we have been able to build them. To book an Igloo you must first join our Igloo waiting list to know when we open bookings.
